Summary in English
This site is intentionally data-minimal. No analytics, no tracking, no cookies, no external fonts or resources are loaded.
When you submit the contact form, the data you provide (name, email, optionally phone and company, details about the planned performance, your message) is processed for handling your inquiry, sent by email to the operator and stored there.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Turnstile sets no cookies and creates no user profiles. Technical data (IP address, timestamp, browser information) is sent to Cloudflare, Inc. for the spam check. Details: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Hosting is provided by All-Inkl.com Neue Medien Münnich, with servers in the EU. Server logs (anonymized IP, timestamp, URL, referrer, user agent) are kept briefly for technical operation and deleted afterwards.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data. Send requests by email to max@pianist.cologne. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority (LDI NRW, Düsseldorf, www.ldi.nrw.de).
