Occasion

Pianist for corporate receptions or get-togethers

Piano from the first drink. Whether a formal reception or a more relaxed get-together — the music sets the tone, creates atmosphere and supports networking without interrupting conversation.

Setting

Typically 45 to 90 minutes, in the reception area. Music begins before the first guests arrive and ends with the transition to the main program.

Volume and positioning

The piano stands to the side or at the head of the room, never in a walkway. Sound stays below conversation level but remains present throughout the room.

Technical

Own portable grand piano. Setup under ten minutes, footprint approximately 2 × 1.5 meters, only a power outlet needed. Compact amplification included; for larger events the sound typically runs through the venue's PA system. Available throughout Germany.

Repertoire

  • Jazz standards (e.g. Gershwin, Porter, Ellington)
  • Pop and soul arrangements (e.g. Coldplay, Alicia Keys, Stevie Wonder)
  • Film scores and modern classical (e.g. Einaudi, Yann Tiersen, Yiruma)
